Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% service fee for cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled service. If you would like to cancel you can cancel on this website. I charge 100% if you are a no-show/ no-call. There are no refunds for the no-show fee. If you are 5 minutes (haircut) 15 minutes (all other services) late to your appointment your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the cancellation fee. All fantasy colors must be cancelled 48 hours before appointment or you will be charged 50% of service fee Thank you!
